Staying healthy and finding stability depends on more than any one thing — challenges navigating housing, food, transportation, and paperwork can all get in the way, whatever your starting point. GCSTOP's Clinical Case Management team helps connect people to the resources they need, including food, housing assessments, and other community supports, all in one relationship built on trust.
Our on-site Food Pantry is a core part of that support: it's stocked through our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina and through food rescued from local grocery partners. Whether you need help finding your next meal, applying for housing support, or accessing treatment, our case managers meet you exactly where you are and help you build a plan from there, one step at a time.
