Guilford County Solution to the Opioid Problem (GCSTOP) is a community-based nonprofit organization with the mission of reducing opioid-related mortality in Guilford County. In operation since 2018, GCSTOP provides support to individuals involved in the justice system, post-overdose response, syringe services, and low-barrier medication for opioid use disorder. All services are provided at no cost to program participants.
