Post-Overdose Response Team (PORT)
GCSTOP partners with Guilford County EMS to provide people who recently experienced an overdose with support and access to resources. Our team is staffed by clinical social workers & peer support specialists who offer participants community-based services, including:
Naloxone and overdose prevention training
Linkage to substance use treatment
Harm reduction supplies
Case management and counseling
