Syringe Services Program 

GCSTOP provides participants with free services, supplies, and support at mobile locations throughout Guilford County. Click HERE to view our weekly schedule. Our outreach team is staffed by clinical social workers and peer support specialists who offer an array of community-based services, including:

• Naloxone (Narcan)

• Syringe exchange

• Overdose prevention training

• Case management and counseling

• Linkage to substance use treatment and Hep C/HIV testing
